I've long been a fan of Tintown. Back when they started more than ten years ago, this innovative lovely local design house was at the forefront of focusing on a unique new South African design language and they've never stopped. Each year sees new additions to their range - you'll recognise their powder coated lasercut metal creations like their mirrors, lights, garden decorations, tableware (I'm obsessed with their cake stands) and hanging pendants and maybe you've seen their forays into furniture like their curlicued headboard and gorgeous side tables with their detailed legs and glass tops? But something i'm excited about is their new work in wood. Expect lasercut detailing of course and a range of choices but the constant is a sense of playfulness and contemporary good looks. Tintown can be found at a variety of on-the-pulse retail stores and they also sell online (click here to start shopping now). You'll love that you can never run out of gift and decor inspiration from Tintown I Want one of their flatpack wooden trees - for Christmas of course!
