Kamers is Coming

Those of you who’ve been reading this blog for a while know that i am a big Kamersvol Geskenke fan. For me, it’s one of the most exciting events on the annual calendar – i love the enormous effort and love you can see poured into each and every stand, that everything on show has a handmade and crafted tale to tell and that the organisers and originators of the Kamersvol brand have stayed so true to their mission – to nurture crafters and artists and talents in South Africa in a commercially viable space. It’s an inspiration on every single level.This year there are over 200 stalls – each has been vetted by the Kamers team as has their product range to ensure uniqueness and quality…

And the eye candy, oh the eye candy, absolutely delicious.

So, if you haven’t already diarised, consider this a heads up and as we get closer to the time i’ll be blogging more about it. The best news is that people in both the Cape and Pretoria/Joburg get to experience the Kamers phenomenon and those of you in Gauteng, the venue is new and improved.
