Woo hoo! The winner of Kathy’s gorgeous vintage-inspired tea towels has been chosen by the talented designer herself. Here’s what she had to say

I think it is interesting that, given the choice of anyone – famous, infamous, fictional or historical, most people would simply like to have close family or old friends for tea. We clearly don’t see enough of our dearest ones, either because our lives are too busy, or because we are spread so far and wide around the world. It’s very heartwarming.

Tati – for getting together such a fabulous bunch of girls.
Li – because I would also love to see Ryk get wicked.
Lindsey – nothing like a good laugh, and that would be non-stop belly aching laughter
Carapace – I quite agree, such an imaginative literary figure would make the best tea-time company.

I Would love invite someone like Prince/ Symbol/ the Artist formerly known as Prince/ Whatever he is known as at the moment to tea, because it would be like having the REAL mad hatter over, and we could listen to ‘Cream’ and ‘Raspberry Beret’ and eat scones with lashings of raspberry jam and clotted cream…!
