• Hello lovelies! January being what it is (the looongest month of the year), payday seems very, very far away. Which means shopping for things just because i want them really isn’t an option (although i heard the H&M sale is very good – damn!) – so i can but dream a little. Which is what today’s post is about – things i love, want and think i need in my life…

Marble is big at the moment and i love how it’s moving from a surface material to one for beautiful objects to covet – like this gorgeous vase which i found at Country Road.

otherpicture320130213151622 I’m ashamed to say i don’t recycle veggie and fruit scraps but i’m thrilled to say i will be soon since my brilliant brother-in-law bought me a Yuppiechef voucher for Christmas – so a veggie scrap Compost Bin from Yuppiechef is definitely going to be bought this month – yay! It comes with charcoal pods to eliminate potential pongs.

I often go onto the Mungo & Jemimah website since i know their dresses work for me – i also love their use of colour and that they are usually made of easy wash and wear fabrics. This is called the Good Horizon dress and it has my name on it.

Screen Shot 2016-01-12 at 2.51.26 PM So i’ve shared it before but it’s still on my wishlist – i still really, really want a Halo Ring from Kirsten Goss. You can’t see it here but it has a tiny diamond embedded in it and of course you can personalise it with a word of your choice  – just beautiful!

Have you seen the canvas printed bags from Missibaba which they launched last year? You won’t find them on their website but they have loads in store and they’re just as delicious in real life as they are in this image which i grabbed off their Instagram. I want the watermelon please!

Haha, i love this platter – so cool, whether you have food on it or not! Find it at Prestwich Collection.

Mungo I have such a blanket fetish and this beautiful handwoven Bakuba throw from Mungo is simply fuelling the fire – isn’t it a beauty? It comes in a few colours…i just love it – it was inspired by traditional weaving patterns from the Kuba people in Congo.

I gave two of these Le Creuset Camembert Bakers to people in December – i think they’re brilliant! You pop a whole Camembert (a big one) inside, pop it in the oven, bake it for 20-30 minutes then bring it to the table with masses of preserves, caramalised nuts and crackers and then everyone dips in! Now i want one for myself! (pssst….if you like what you see, Le Creuset has a 20% off sale at the moment) Things

I have been coveting an Anne Chair from the Scandinavian Sofa Company for months and months. I have absolutely nowhere to put it but everytime i see it, i get a little pang of longing. It is just so damn perfect!! I was totally into the green but now i think i want the blue!

Oh me oh my – this handprinted and indigo dyed cotton scarf by Heather Moore of Skinny la Minx is so on my lust list! So much so that i spent a bunch of Greenbacks buying it for myself as a late Christmas gift – i love it, love it, love it. It is really big which i love and i know i’ll feel like i’m wearing a piece of art each and every time i put it on. I couldn’t be more thrilled.

For the longest time i have wanted a Kurt Pio original of one of his aloes – he truly is an extraordinary artist. But then i saw his latest body of work featuring diamonds and precious stones and i was blown away – wow! There are quite a few in the series and each is more impressive than the next – one of Kurt’s diamond paintings really would be my best friend!

So there you have it peeps – my current list of things i would love to have and to hold!
