• Hello lovelies – finally, the last in the bedroom makeovers! (Click here for bedroom makeover 1 and here for bedroom makeover 2)

So, Charley and her sister-to-be  are going to be in what was Sarah’s room – it’s the biggest bedroom with the most amount of wall space, which is essential since we have to fit in a bed, cot and changing table. The cot is with a friend at the moment so for the next few months we have a little more space. I didn’t really makeover the room as such as i already had some lovely stuff from Charley’s room and time and budget didn’t allow for major changes. Besides, i was a little out-makeovered so i’ll wait till they’re older to do something new.

Here are the very rushed before pix – the room looks like absolute chaos!

The little house shelves are from Simply Child and the adorable Eames chair was from Chair Crazy

So, the wallpaper was already green – from when it was Sarah’s room and the dressing/change table is where the cot will go. The change table will be moved to where Sarah’s desk was. The table was white and we painted it green but now the whole room looks like one giant mint ice cream and it does my head in! So when i have the energy, i’ll get it painted white – it’s all too matchy matchy right now.

I love that Charley and her baby sister will have a room to share and play in and i love that its carpeted – just right for smallies. I’m in the market for a new rug for them as the IKEA one i had in Charley’s room is just too much – i want something in white with a detail, i know, it’s not practical but it’ll be pretty! So there you have it, a very simple ‘makeover’ for the two little popsicles!

I totally love the green dresser with the wallpaper, not too much for me. The dresser forms a statement on the wall with the art above 🙂
I think you should come to my house 😉
