Hi lovelies! I hope you’re well. I wanted to report back on how things are going with me – i am feeling the best i have in 3 years, it’s quite bizarre to be feeling so good! With feeling better comes a desire to start becoming more social – i’ve started planning Charley Bird’s 4th birthday party (she’s all over the unicorn rainbow thing like 99.9% of little girls out there) and i’m thinking of having a lunch party in our garden before autumn hits us. I started trawling Pinterest and a long white table with leaves aplenty and touches of copper is where my head’s at…take a look at what’s inspiring me…
I love this look of a leaf placed under a glass plate – so striking and graphic
Penny gum is so simple and so beautiful – and look how the lovely sage-grey tones team with gold
All you need to achieve this look is sprigs of leaves and/or blossoms from the garden and loads of glassware or jars
More magic with metallic and simple leaves
In the same way that greenery works so well in a monochrome decor palette, so it works beautifully on a table setting too
A lovely look for a daytime soiree with the girls…the pink and gold bring in the perfect touch of glam
And a table runner using palm fronds and Delicious Monster leaves is equally easy on the eye!
Planning a wedding? Living backdrops are the shiz for your wedding day and wouldn’t a plant backdrop be beaut?!
