By day Lana Kenny is a whizz in a city decor store and by night and in between she’s blogging up a storm on her well loved blog Lanaloustyle. She’s one of the first bloggers i met when i started operating in this world six months ago and her kindness and support has always been a delight. Lana is a finalist in the SA Blog Awards Best New Blog category …go check out her blog and vote if you like what you see…i think its a visual feast.
Here’s a day in Lana’s life…
A usual weekday for me starts off with getting ready for work and then a quick session on my laptop, putting up my daily blog post.
Then it’s off to work – a trio of Vespas spotted on the way.
A quick pit stop at Jardine for a tasty takeaway cappuccino and essential biscuit!
First thing at work is reading and replying to emails and getting any urgent tasks done.
Then it’s random things, like taking product shots of furniture to send to clients or sending out quotes.
Lunch is soup and a delicious salted roll from the bakery round the corner.
Love getting inspiration from beautiful fabrics, aren’t these amazing?
Finally it’s home to our darling cat who is waiting rather impatiently for her supper.
an early supper plus glass of chardonnay!
Then a walk around the neighbourhood and once it’s dark, it’s time for a bit of blogging or TV and then bed and that’s it, a pretty normal day in my life!
